In her first appearance in the MCU, Wanda was able to rip through Ultron’s Vibranium chest plate. In Endgame, she is able to break Thanos’s sword which is made of Uru. So that girl was always very powerful…

Theoretically, IRL he would have impacted them so hard they would have exploded if he hit them at full speed (see: The Boys). He would have had to decelerated to a safe speed, grabbed them, and accelerated again without turning them into scrambled eggs. IRL though, those bullets wouldn't have stopped because of some wimpy car or body being in the way anyway and he would have simply gotten himself killed in addition to Hawkeye and the kid.

I know this is an ancient post but I was compelled to answer it anyway---No, he couldn't have, because Clint was holding a kid and even if he hadn't moved them both at the same time he would have broken their spines moving that fast. Realistically speaking, the forces exerted on a body taking them from being relatively motionless to speeding them up as quickly as the person that's moving can move is enough sudden momentum to snap peoples' necks at the very least. And if he didn't wanna choose to save Clint or the kid (just 1), there was a high chance one or the other that he didn't choose was gonna die for it.

Am I the only one who think that Ultron really cared for Wanda? And maybe he transfered some of that care into Vision. After all, Ultron was in love with Wanda in Ultimates 3, and was in love with his mother (Janet) in the comics. And Wanda is technically his mother in the MCU.
