Pom was talking about growing up in quebec where they denied her dual citizenship, so she moved to France. Her mother is korean and her father is russian hence her name which means spring in korean and her russian last name.

I like Sebastian Stan russian i understand what he is saying compared to the accents of other actors from america that tries to speack russian. His romanian gets better with every interview and i clearly can notice a Constanta accent

That's not Scottish. That language is called "Scots". And the other one is not Gaelic but Irish. Gaelic is a language family (aka Goidelic that Irish is a member of) :)
