I love this so much. Cinemassacre is one of those channels that just keeps making some dank ass content without rushing it. They ignore the 'RU-vid drama,' and just keep doing what they love.
Fuck man, James has created such a huge character icon and series. Even James himself, I feel like he's a true gamer. Now I know that we all play video games here wether it be Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation 4,3,2,1. Wether it be shooters, fighting, online, storytelling, etc. But lets be honest here, I feel like James Rolfe is THE definition of a true Gamer. He is well and much more informed of many classic videogames than us
@@okand6770 Yes a lot of people forget that, James is just an actor who created the character of the AVGN and the whole shtick of him wearing white dress shirts, with khaki pants and cursing and drinking beer all the time etc.

Most people growing up with the internet complain they were born in the wrong time but yall we go the internet AND we got to enjoy the shit all our parents say we arent enjoying now. This show AVGN is proof of that it bridged a lot of generations and no one really sees that

The AVGN show actually didn't have a full version of the theme at first. It was just the first half of it and that was it, when they made the full theme they only used it for one episode and never used it again. That's why most people don't know about it.
Even the person singing the intro song, cant get the lyrics right. The original theme says - to play "The" shitty games" but in this version at 0:18 he says - to play "some" shitty games. He even made this maistake in the Akari Warriors Avgn episode.
I hope Kyle reads this some day. Kyle, for us music lovers and players, this performance was absolutely killer. I don't give 2 shits if it was 3 people singing, you absolutely killed it. My fav part of this song was the "when you turn on your TV" verse. It just comes off so unexpected after the first part and brings you into the song in a whole new level. The song is a fucking banger dude. You have a huge part in one particular thing that so many people are invested in, and that, in my opinion, is a HUGE thing. I see that you've been out of the music business for a while now, but trust me, I'm coming back to this after so many years because I think you did a phenomenal job at it. Best of luck in life Kyle!
