I know that the soup or any food items must be room temp., and honestly I have had no issues with vacuum level 2 with liquids. I just vacuum packed a sauce on level 2 yesterday, and it was just fine. Thanks for your message and I will try level 3, next time I pack a liquid.
Hello, love your videos--they've helped a lot with my new sealer (first-time user). I am a bit confused on the included instructions and what I see online as far as "clamping" the bag into the chamber. Another demonstrator only clips the bottom edge of the open side into the clamp, but I've seen others clip both sides under the clamp. Which is correct? I find my clamp doesn't hold only one layer as well as two. I'm using the bags that Avid Armor included. It seems to work fine (so far) clamping both layers in, but please let me know which way you clip or clamp the bags agaisnt the sealing bar. I could not quite tell from this particular video. Thanks.
