3/30/24 Viewing; loved it AGAIN! Oh, by the way, one SMALL sliver of garlic taken orally is small enough that when it comes out of the skin pores without really causing an unpleasant body odor will KEEP AWAY ANY, ANY, ANY TYPE OF BUG!!

As someone who just used Bill to move to the area…we love it and all these issue are there but being close to the beaches and historic Charleston out weighs these negatives. We picked Goose Creek to buy in and we love it. We are 10 minutes from a boat ramp on the Cooper river and 40 minutes to IOP and Sullivans Island beach. Thank you Bill for helping us move.

Hey Bill, Since you have been in a bunch of homes and talked about those no-see-um nats, do people screen in porches with the regular bug/mosquito density screens or have you seen the tighter screens that supposedly keep out nats (if that’s even possible) ?

I would go with the tighter screens to be safe.
