Why can't you answer people with facts? I was a realtor and we're not allowed to steer people but we are permitted to provide FACTS, including if I would live there or not (the buyer can decide for themselves if they would). No law can prevent you from speaking truth. My daughter moved to Summerville and where she is is nice but I saw some sketchy areas outside of her development.
As a local 😉 we love our Goose Creek community. My commute to work is 20 minutes and we have 5 grocery stores within 10 minutes. We can be on IOP in 40 minutes and downtown in 30. Nice to see our town in the top 5.
Also, something to note, some areas of North Charleston fall within Dorchester District 2 - so that's something to consider. Though the homes generally in that area, I *think* are higher than the average N. Charleston home. ;) On the flipside, some schools on the Summerville/Ladson line fall within Charleston County school district.
