If you buy a airbnb that is not a popular destination you have to keep spending $$ to market it over and over. If you buy an airbnb at a popular location where it already draw demand, you dont need to keep pumping $$ to get the customers.
@@dustinbaker the market demand will always be stronger than the product. An average product will still perform better in a high demand market versus a great product in a less demand market. The way you present the video will always need $$$ for marketing to get the customers to airbnb. Once you stop marketing than little or no customers because the area is not a strong demanding area.
Great question! For direct booking websites I recommend using Wordpress for your custom branded site and then integrating it with Hostaway for the booking engine!
