Ex-JWs can understand. Stop judging lest you be judged? The Holy Spirit goes where it wants and no one has exclusivity.

May I ask how you witnessed to him? What scriptures you shared? Was there someone specifically that got his attention or was it a bunch of things? If you choose to reply, I appreciate your time in answering

@@pearlytiger564 If your looking for a silver bullet scripture, you won't find it. What brougth him out was that we had a relationship built with him as his employer. We never demeaned him, but did question his loyalty to the JWs, even though he had gone thru hell with them. What really helped was that we would jsut plant seeds with him when the Spirit would prompt me. I never pointed a finger. But what really drove it home was how WE lived our lives as Christians. We didn't cheat on our employees, we shared the welath as it came to us. We treated our employees like family, and I think he saw that, and thirsted for it. We treated him equally wiht the other guys, even though we didn't agree with his theology. His life was in shambles, and I really do believe he was sent to us by the Holy Spirit for that express reason. One of hi testimonies after he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, was that he was able to see the change in himself. He said he still had the SAME crap happening in his life, mostly due to his falied marriage to another JW, whcih was really the entire problem to begin with. She was filing for child support, even though he had custody of their kid. His license was still being suspended every 6 months because even though He was free and clear, nobody at Child Services could remove his name properly from the system. But what was fascinations was that he said, "Nothing has changed with my circumstances, but the way I handle it all now is different." He is still growing today, and has his pitfalls now and then, but he belongs to the Lord. I think he finally got rid of all that JW baggage. In short, you have to build a relationship with the JW. When they see HOW you live your life, it goes against what the WT says we do. My own Mother in Law told me that she KNEW I was going to be okay. That's pretty huge when the wife of a high up elder says something like this to a "worldly guy" married to her JW daughter. But that's another story. Speak the Word, be instant in season and out of season. Sometiems you need to just be quiet,a nd sometimes you drive it home. The fact we never give u p says a lot to JWs that struggle with the organization's shunning policy. Just keep loving them and praying for them.

I pray for him too but the Truth sets you free? All I saw there were rambling excuses with no real dependence. Just someone wanting unquestioned acceptance by rabid JW haters. His testimony will only reinforce the poor JWs who will see through his facade and reason they must be right. This channel shuts the door to truth seekers searching for the Christ.

False teaching such as the Trinity, nowhere to be found in scripture or the reassuring lies promoting Gays are accepted by the Christ are misleading lies and false assurances which will be devastating realities for Anyone putting trust in them in the future!

Don’t be afraid God is with you and wants you to be close with him Jesus will guide you just trust in him
