Awasi Artist Immersion x Ingrid Weyland - "Topographies of Fragility" 

The Argentine photographer Ingrid Weyland visited Awasi Iguazu to participate in the Awasi Artist Immersion.
During her residence, she continued her ongoing series ‘Topographies of Fragility’, photographing residents of Iguazu who are devoted to the preservation of nature. Inspired by their stories, Weyland captured images that reflect their profound connection with nature.
The locals interacted with her rainforest landscape prints on diverse types of large paper, by crumpling and reshaping them-a symbol of nature’s fragility.
