Man i have had my accords cb7s since i was 15, and i have always talked about looking into what all exactly it would take to make one of them awd! Ive done alot of research on people converting civics, integras, and even i think i found someone who did it to a cd7 but i wanted to be the first to do it to a cb7. That would be a perfect set up! Looking good. I'd have recommended a plateless kit though. The plateless kit leans it back at nearly the stock angle, the downside being extra block grinding & pre-assembling the engine/trans outside the car. I have one friend who did a plateless H2B F20B in a CB7 and the shift linkage lined up with the original hole, so cables & shifter for this shouldn't be a big prob.
I checked into that kit at the time but did not want to grind that much of the block. The angle is due to the transfer case, getting it to sit at the correct angle for drive shaft and axle
Try to locate a stock h22 obd1 ecu. You will need to hook up all the oem sensor to have it run right. Thats why ppl chip the ecu to get rid of the sensors
Just google p13 ecu and you can find them on ebay. Maybe Facebook will have them cheaper. But for the swap it will be easier to have the ecu chip or run hondata. If not you will have to run all the sensors on the motor to have the car run right
@@t.j2881 I am using the plm kit. But out of the kit I only used the plate, the flywheel spacer and post mount that bolt to the engine. I am running the crv shifter set up. Will upgrade to a ktuned shifter and cables once the car on the road.
Hey there.hey I bought a harness on eBay to run my vtec knock sensor and iab box but little come fuse the iab connector haves a yellow wire one to run to the ecu but in the same plug a other yellow wire comes out we’re I need to connect it to in my harness u have a idea
Are you running a stock ecu or hondata. Use your factory harness for all the sensor. You only need the vtec harness. Nothing else should be hooked up beside factory harness. And if you are running hondata just turn off the knock sensor in the ECU.
So I got the harness already waiting on delivery..I am doing a auto to manual swap to just got shifter and other things too but wanted to know do I need to replace all the pedals or I can just installed the clutch pedal that’s all and I can use my brake and gas pedal from stock
Hey guys well I need the auto to manual mount will the 90-93 conversion mount fit the H22 transmission from innovative mount do some one have a part number I look on eBay but just don’t want to order the wrong ones any help on this thanks
The auto to manual mount will fit the h22 transmission. I believe you might have to move one of the studs on the transmission to a different hole that's on the transmission.
Ok got everything but know just making sure off one thing I am using a H22a lsd transmission on my 91 accord wagon do I need to use the prelude mid shaft and axles or the accord manual axles work ass good they told me the driver side won’t fit any information this is the last thing I have to get
You need matching axle and intermediate shaft. You have all manual accord parts use them. The passenger side manual axle is the same size. But you have to match both the left side axle and intermediate shaft. Prelude shaft with prelude driver side axle. Or accord with accord. They are not interchangeable.
@@AJIMPORTS no I don’t have any axles the swap I bought it came with the mid shaft only of the 95 prelude so I can just buy the prelude axles and I be good
I have had both. The one that Is turbo the a4. As long as the motor is healthy you will be fine. The h22a is closed deck and has a little higher compression. But for normal daily driving they all feel the same.

@@orlandomorales6565 what swap are you doing. The h22 swap. Or going awd. If it's h22 you can use the same factory mounts and harness. Just have to retread a bolt on the transmission to match the accord mount. It's very easy.
