I tried this but changed the rows to pullups and used dead stop cleans. It felt really good to do with a 28kg bell. The laddered thrusters were pretty brutal.
Watched this last night when planning my Wednesday workout and said "cool, I'll pair this with an Armor Building Complex AMRAP 15"...needless to say, did not do the ABC and barely made it through this moving target, but really enjoyed doing this with double 35lbs instead of L --> R. Wanted to die doing the cardio portion on the echo bike. Enjoying these short videos to compile for a nasty burn!
@@PrecisionKettlebells did it again this weekend and added 3x double burpee snatches, but kept them at 3 reps, maybe next time I'll try to make it a 4-block MT and ladder those up but I'm pretty sure that would destroy me haha
