Reporting back after trying this in regular mode of clean, press, squat variation. It definitely helps me focus on the exercise itself, as in not losing myself to a distraction. And it goes well with one arm swing with power swing(one arm dead swing)(back to back EMOM). This will be my go-to exercise for a while, while I try to increase my TGU set numbers.

So on the 1 week you do 9 rounds x 3 on Day one (Monday) and 9 rounds x 3 on Day 2 (Wensday) and 9 rounds x 6 on Day 3 (Friday) ?
