I work myself in a food factory in germany as machinery operator, and I really couldnt imagine working in a factory like this. In mine, theres a fair mix between automation, and hand work. Having everything atuomated like here would seem boring to me
this is a new factory . I have worked in a bakery build in the 1920's no robots and provided employment for hundreds of people. innovation is bad when people lose their jobs.
Yes innovation is bad when people lose but when you put the question the other way feeding a huge population today that too daily , machines are the best bet .
''The cycle of the death of man, Bread Factory, this is the reality no man who works but only machines that do the work of the hands of the baker who starts losing a job that for centuries has been able to do with grace and humility the I almost always work at night to then be fresh in the morning, Today the machine only brings the money to the owner of the company and all the old manual bakers have no work and the job of the baker no longer exists
bugs are a guarantee in these factories, food administration has 'acceptable' amounts. it makes no sense i work in one of these factories however we pack by hand and the machinery is old, we still clean 10x better than these places, what doesnt make sense is that QA, quality assistance, who checks the product and cooks it themselves to 'test' it, will report an insect or two but you're supposed to give them the nicest looking one possible so if insects were on anything else they will stay with the dough or loaf, maybe be cooked in.
'' The hand of man has no more value thanks to the avarice of the producers and leaders of azziende, This video makes you understand that now that the human being no longer has a role in the world of his work, because the Robots have been chosen man's place In a few years the Robot will also have its own independence and safety inside the factories is not enough either because the hand of man is no longer worth anything
