First, good to see you. Now, how long will the battery last, and can you record while charging? Does it take an SD card and will it loop/continues? I'm thinking a nice cam for the vehicles as a dashcam or hook it up to a car alarm so it will start recording when the alarm goes off.

The battery last about an hour. You can run while it is plugged in. It takes upto a 128gig micro and it will loop over once it is full. I have seen some videos that are using them as a dash cam. Only drawback is you have to turn it on and off if you are using it as a dash cam. Other than that it works nice as one. I hope that helps answer your questions. And it does do time laps. .

@@MrCoop Good answer , someone just gave me one of these I think its awesome because its WiFi enabled... The fact it overwrites itself is poor engineering, why would they implement that feature if its goingt to corrupt the card 😠. That said these days they put webservers everywhere they are not supposed to be .. Why not on the the cube+ ? I have to use this proprietary app on a google or apple spy device just to access my feeds.. Wish it was a true IP cam instead of just an access point , they took the time to implement the WiFi stack , why not add a DHCP client !? That way I could do more with the cube , and feel safer considering a few months ago they found 48 apps in the PlayStore that were hosting malware.. Banking Trojans re-vamped from 5 years ago , made it into the PlayStore no problem. I'm rooting for the rise of the pinephone and librem5, just not willing to pay the pricetag to have my phone assembled in the USA.
