Thank you very much for sharing this! There is green, then there is this!! I ride in Colorado, but I can say those colors were just saturated. Looks like a fun group to ride with. It's probably some awesome berry picking at the right times. And those deer, elk and moose up there must be some chunky fellers for sure! This helps me get through one more weekend of work here in late January and dreaming and planning for the spring (Moab) and the summer. Did Calico trail mid October (40 miles round trip, i was gassed) and it is also an EPIC ride. Hope you can take it in someday!
You bet! Yes, it's nice to have some rifing footage to help us get through the winter! I've been wanting to do a Colorado trip for some time. The only Colorado riding I've done is Westwater / Rabbit Valley.
@@forestman9205 Thanks for the reply! I have family in Helena and every time I fly in I'm looking for trails. Great stuff, thanks again and I look forward to more of your vids.
@@markcampanella7120 Helena is where I visit most. Next time I'm there I will let you know. I'll send something prior to coming down. I might be there around the July 4th celebration time... Thanks brother!
Haha, I have never had an encounter with any type of bear. While riding I believe the noise scares them off. There is this video of a bear charging a dirt bike rider when he was stopped. m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-INdYxTv8wZU.html&pp=ygUaRGlydGJpa2VyIGNoYXNlZCBieSBhIGJlYXI%3D
@@forestman9205 is that trail open to bikes? onX shows it as no motorized vehicles. I'm gonna try to hit that area this summer so just wondering before I get myself in trouble ;)
@four112 Porcupine, (the trail to the north) and to the west of Rams Horn Lake are open to motorized. I believe the stuff to the south is non-motorized. Onx should be correct.
