Fishing Addict those were very big crappy, and very nice , and according to biologists the fish that we keep to eat don’t matter at all , they say that fishing pressure has nothing to do with the population of crappies in a good sized lake so eat all you want , I really don’t think that it matters.

Nice slabs from clearlake, i still haven't fished there just yet. That freaking boat 6:30 is abit too close for comfort! I went to ISE on last Sunday it was pretty cool but i wish they had a lot more deals, i saw the slx combo with exage rod and free line deal for 99 bucks, freaking good deal, but i didn't buy it. have other plans, but it was cool only got to stay for 3 hrs. I would of stayed there all day. =P

Totally agree with he ISE. I think there should have been more deals too. I bought the Phoenix pole from FW. No tax and 10% off with a tackle bag so I bought that was good. There were more people around me fishing that was way closer and we had to tell them to move cause they got 10 feet from us and we couldn’t cast. So if you go watch out for that. The thing is we've fish for and eaten a lot of crappies in the past, so now we're just out there having fun. But a lot of these are the bigger females with lots of eggs which we would want to release any ways. Thank you for your comment.

I’m sorry if tossing the fish bothers you. But, around here in Sacramento ca we talked to homeless shelters and soup kitchens for the homeless and they don’t want them. Dept of fish and game states that the business have to accept the fish for you to give your catch away. Thanks for the comment.
