Another great episode. I think the zoom format actually works well for this podcast with everyone getting their own camera. The reactions are great, which you couldn't see as well in the earlier episodes in studio.

I live 40 min west of State College, PA after growing up in the Pacific NW and this is the truest pod of all time. Philly, Baltimore, Pittsburg is the worst accent of all time, as far as sounding completely stupid. A strong PA accent makes Arkansas peeps sound vaguely British.

When I was 17, I followed my parents from Northeast PA to Ocean City, MD in a second vehicle filled with our camping gear. More questions: Did you ever buy illegal fireworks from a cross-country trucker? Was your school closed for the first day of deer season? Did your family have a Sam's Club membership?

Everytime I listen to this pod I realize that im hundred percent garbage. Every question is a yes, carrying your spitter seems normal to me lol

Per the “donuts in a wet parking lot” question...I bought a 1976 steel Detroit made Cutlass Supreme from a 93 year old pro golfer in Dallas for $50 and then took it to the Bell Helicopter parking lot in Bedford, TX where I lived during an ice storm where we did donuts until the point where the passenger side smashed into a light pole. The door wouldn’t stay closed after that and the window was busted out so it was trash bag for a window and I used a wire coat hanger to tie the door lock to the head rest to keep to door “mostly closed” until I later got a black door with a white racing stripe from a junk yard to put on this cream colored car. Garbage?

Seeing this for the first time now. Gillis is right about central PA coal miners. My ancestry is Ukrainian coal miners from that part of the state. They are a different breed.

My dad wanted to go body shots with me one time when I was a teen and I got him pretty good in the ribs and I knew it was good because he instantly popped me in the mouth ,busted my lip and called the fight😂 next day he showed me the green and purple bruising I left on him 😂😂😂 that dad ego is fragile when it comes to competition with the kiddos
