From what I've heard Arjen is a genuine, humble and overall nice person. These artists simply love to work with him.

The artists wanted to bring this show on stage to honour the Ayreon music. Without this push Arjen would not have done something like this. Almost the entire concert he was back stage and let others play. For albums he gathers contributions from artists all over the world, they send them in and he turns them into magic. That's why in this concert the 6th century magician wasn't called Merlin but Ayreon.

I love Floor so much but I wish they had Marcela on that "operatic part" she's so much more powerful and articulate when it comes to operatic vocals, she's on par with Dianne Van Geirsbergen

I really appreciate their LP.. too bad that many beautiful passages are missing on the live versions. Here, the quiet part sung by Anneke. I miss this angelic part. On other traks, some chorus are missing. I don't understand these shorty versions when there is so many amazing vocalists and musicians on stage

His music is made in a studio and he doesn't tour. Sometimes the complexity cannot be reproduced on stage, it was not intended to be played live.
