This is sooooo true. And he seems to like the pieces too, since he sings along the lyrics. I was so pumped for Electric Castle Live being my first live show and even though it was awesome, the lack of the original solos and the replacement guitarist were simply the only issue. Otherwise a fantastic show. :)

I think I saw him in an interview and he said he was involved in another project at the time and couldn't devote the time to prep for that as well. I agree with your sentiment though...the replacement played the guitar just fine but was clearly not as passionate about the source material!

That romeo solo was awesome indeed. Marcel could do it. But they shortened some songs to fit more songs into the concert. But I was there and hoping for that solo to come haha
