Here is the recipe: About 1 tbs Coconut oil or your choice oil - get it really hot, then add 1 tablespoon black mustard seeds (optional) 1 tablespoon garam masala (or curry powder) 50g quinoa (or basmati rice) soaked overnight 100 moong dhal or whole mung beans (soaked overnight) or split red lentils Add 1 pint (500mls) water and simmer for about 20 minutes THEN add a good pinch of salt. In another pot cook: 1 leek chopped and well washed 200g Black kale (cavalo nero) or any greens (e.g. spinach, chard) Hand full frozen peas Good pinch salt Wild garlic pesto 2 hand fulls (50g) of wild garlic (or could use parsley, basil or coriander) 20g pine nuts or cashews Juice of half a lemon Pinch salt and black pepper 3 tbs Water 2 tbs Oil (Total 150ml fluid) Blendi blendi! Serve with grated lemon zest. Bon appetito!
Whoever said too many chefs spoil the pot, had no idea what they were talking about. And fart humour is always the best humour 😄great video guys and gal , saving this to my recipes 💚
My favorite fart synonym is “grease one.” Here’s a usage example. Man walks into a room where a bunch of friends are playing cards and says, “Ok fellas, who greased one in here.”
why do you keep saying that in spain we only use the green part of the leak?! is the oposite, we use the white part!! (maybe someone use the green part of a certain recipe, but in general is the white part)
