I'm Afghan and my family used to eat a lot of this in the winter time. Specially when one member got cold or the flu, eating this with a blanket over their head was the first step for a couple days. No pharmaceutical drugs, lol

I'm in a weird place in my life, like I'm struck in some realm. I've been doing some work on myself, firstly to love myself, accept who I am and I'm almost there of letting go of fear, abandonment and controlling outcomes of my love relationships. I feel if I look after myself health wise, I may find more answers? I've nothing to lose 💖

No foods from the solanaceae family (pepper, chilies, tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes etc.) if alliums (onions, garlic, leeks etc. ). I just made a version of the kitchuri on your website last night, and it was absolutely delicious!
Hey Radhi. Happy New Year. I was checking the Spring Cleanse Schedule and I came across to this sentence. "But avoid using the following ingredients: onion, garlic, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes & bell peppers. ". I could not help but curious. Why are those ingredients should be avoided?
