His bloodlust fits in perfectly in 40ks universe, but other than that, he's just like every else. One Black Crusades targeted the Medusa system, the 12th Black Crusade went to the Gothic sector to secure the Blackstone Fortress. Etc etc. I mean holy shit. Considering that the two other characters that are known for sharing this trope are Deadpool and the Joker, and seeing how they are, this might not be far from the truth.

@@auugh43546 Chaos Sorcerors "steal" the power of the warp for their spells. A Librarian like Kyras is using his own mental willpower to focus his psyker abilities into mind bullets. Khorne hates the former because he sees it as mortals "cheating" by stealing the power of the gods for themself. He's okay with the later because it's a mortal using their own skill to defeat their enemies, no different than a sword master or a sniper using their skill at arms.

I've never played the game series this is from and know nothing about it but this is absolutely amazing even without knowing that. The way those last three lines are delivered is especially awesome. I'm a peaceful guy but they make me want to go out and commit atrocities.
40k is a setting where the only true constant is death and war. Khorne revels in bloodshed. So I ask you. In a universe where war and death is as common as breathing wouldn't it be nice to actually be rewarded for it?

I’d like to think now that we heard hourus use the let the galaxy burn part, that the more philosophical pieces of his speech, the parts about wanting to do what is best for the imperium and how he didn’t want war or to fight his father were stripped away, leaving only the alternative, the parts he hated but was willing to do left, burning the galaxy instead of leaving it to die in the Hands of the emperor, cause for hourus it was a mercy kill, save them with chaos and kill everyone that was to foolish to follow, as they would die from the weakness of his father anyway.

Cuties didn’t need to be filmed to spread the message of anti-pedofilia. He is a hypocrite he did too many exceptions for Psykers because psychic devotees are important for summoning blood letters and they also can sacrifice skulls to Khorne. So now Khorne doesn't care that his worshippers are Psykers or not the only thing is important is spelling blood, sacrificing skulls and summoning blood letters.

Hits different with Hell Walker playing in the background I'll be honest I also have to say there is an art and truth to his speech though, not only for Warhammer but it applies to the real world, not all of it of course just some small samples.

@@then00brathalosActually, there was a group of Orcs who slaughtered Khorne's demons and he was so delighted by their love for war that he decided to resurrect theme each time they die so they can kill for eternity.
So the process goes something like that: Let's assume you're using some DAW like ableton, logic, garage band etc. In one track you have the audio sample of the voice acting. You load a reverb plugin on it, 100% wet, the rest of the parameters adjusted to taste. You make another track that get's it's input from the aforementioned track and record the output with the reverb. Reverse the recorded audio and mix it in with the dry signal of the first track and voila! That's from the top of my head, haven't done it in a long time so not 100% sure if I'm missing something but I'm pretty sure that's the gist of it. Enjoy!
If you want to experiment with that, I would suggest downloading the audio from the voice acting of DOW 1 that can be found on youtube. It is of the same top quality voice acting as this one and it's mostly "dry", eg. doesn't have much in the way of effects already applied.
