Yeah but it seems like we go hella deep underground hence the nerubians. The nerubians do mention the Mantis though, it could also be that since nerubians are stronger than the Mantid, you are just unlikely to see them.

Are you concerned at all that players will reject these zones the way they rejected shadowlands? These zones are not Azeroth in the vanilla sense. These zones are theme parks. I'm really excited to see them - I'm hyped! But I do worry after 2 years of gameplay we'll start complaining that we miss the open world we all had in vanilla
Also fun fact the Nerubians do NOT have a choice, the only ones they can go to for help, allie and support from a powerful god or something simular is the void. With a lot of work the horde might be willing to listen, but there IS a lot of "bad blood" betweet the horde, alliance and the nerubians. But with hard work and dedication it could work.
Technically not - we actually DID work together with some nerubians in Northrend. They were alive, and we fought the undead ones enslaved by the Lich King. But considering how our deal with the mantid turned out (they joined Garrosh), trust should be pretty slow to build, yeah.
Anduin captured again........ and needs to be rescued..... wow where have i heard that before, everytime anduin gets captured and needs to be rescued insults his fathers legacy the last TRUE KING, Varian got captured and fought in an arena killing enmasse and being dubbed the embodiment of a god, anduin gets captured WAAH COME SAVE ME..... its just horrible story writing thats why i race changed to horde i cannot stand being associated with a faction who has a cry baby as a leader who's a beyond useless warrior
That's because he's a priest, and has only recently taken up the warrior tradition since he doesn't want to call the Light. Either way, he is definitely NOT the type to go "waah save me"! Since reaching adulthood, he's bravely put himself on the line several times, much like Varian did, only Anduin ended up being captured instead of killed. Would you call Varian a crybaby if Gul'dan spared his life and took him captive? The worst kind of hate comes from ignorance, but I'm glad yours is limited to a video game and you're not racist or something. Right? ;)
