Hiking is like life. Sometimes you've got great views, sometimes it monotonous and boring. We've got to find our own joy and happiness. Thanks for the videos. We're enjoying them!
Awesome video as always. I enjoy watching both of you, no matter what the terrain is, mountains, flat lands, it is all beautiful and I thank you so much for sharing your journey. Take care ladies. God bless you
Gosh you make hiking seem glamorous! The great working attitude you both have towards the problems, challenges and the steps you take to resolve them.Whats that white stuff girls? It's May ! Much strength and Blessings to you both.
It’s 2am. I couldn’t sleep. Decided to check the weather for tomorrow and great joy! There was your video! I don’t know how you keep your composure when Pesky is talking!! When she pulled out that rock, I was so relieved, because you had me hook line and sinker, worrying that you guys were starting to fail a little. Ha!!! You got me good! I really enjoy your videos. Thank you, both!
I've done some hiking, even on the Arizona trail and Mt Whitney but nothing as spectacular as you gals. Kudos to you! You're my inspiration to do more!😢
I walk 4 miles a day with the same view but just love getting out and walk.. I could do it for miles lol. Slovenia was so gorgeous but we can’t have that everyday! Glad to see how to flush the filter thanks. Temperature changes are something.😊❤
Couldn’t believe the snow outside your tent.Looked pretty, but watching you pack up to continue your hike had to brutally cold, everything wet. Especially rolling up your tent. Felt so bad for you. Lucky your hands didn’t freeze up badly….or you have special gloves. Anyway I’m with you sitting in my warm living room with my atlas at my side. Take care; be safe💕
Mary Poppins and Brad are sooooo kind🥰👏👏👏👏❤️❤️ remind me, where are you in Colorado? I was Colorado born and raised, my twin is in Loveland 🥰👍boy glad I am in Sitka, no snow😂
Twenty-two miles in one day. Wow ! How are your feet feeling. I'm in Northern AZ as well. Sunday was rough, weather wise. Loved the background music. Until next time.
Love it! That area is one of my favorite parts of the state. I met an AZT through hiker on Mt. Lemmon about a month ago and she just reached Flagstaff yesterday. Her name is Rachel and she was alone on Mt. Lemmon, not sure if she still is. Mid 20s or so. It would be nice if you cross paths. I told her about you two when I met her on Mt. Lemmon. I'm really happy to see your progress! I hope to meet you again at some point.
Reckon we crossed paths in Tusayan. We were also camped at Mather CG. Got hit by the same snow storm that hit you. Also missed Kevin and Leah at Jacob Lake by about 2 hrs. They are headed your way. Recommend the cookies at Jacob Lake. Stay warm and safe! Skibear and Kingfish.
I 100% get what you're saying sometimes there's just nothing to see. I've been feeling bored with my regular walks but today the birds were so busy, it was so beautiful.
Nice seeing that area. Yeah, snow was a huge surprise. My friend was camped right near that fire look at last night in a bus. Can’t wait for the next and last section. Heard there is still snow closer to the north rim.
Hi ladies! Great video. Well there sure were views this time! The snow capped mts were so majestic and then the snowfall you got. I didn't know it got that cold in May in AZ. I hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon in June in the '90's and it was 120 at the bottom. That was tough, but the experience of a lifetime. I'm so anxious to see your next video when you drop into the canyon. When I was there, I hiked the Bright Angel Tail to the bottom and back up. I'm curious to see where you drop in. Take care! (that Pesky!)
You continue to inspire! Wanted to let you know that I completed the Make A Wish 26.3 mile challenge this past Saturday on the Pinhoti. Your inspiration pushed me to believe in myself, so many thanks.
Àaaaahhhh, Pesky! That's terrible! It's just crazy to me that you're getting snow in Arizona in May, and it's t-shirt and shorts weather here in Toronto. 🤯
There are still views, some perhaps not as awe inspiring as others but you are still seeing things. You are in some large expanses of open country. I’m glad that you passed by that one water source. It didn’t look very good. Snow! This quite the hike.
Hi from Australia, quick question. Following a cover of fresh snow, how do the small walking trails remain visible? May be a silly question, but have never lived in a snow area in Australia or overseas. ❤ 🇦🇺
