Love San Francisco stats, hate her clown design. I think she was my first vanguard 125. Baltimore definitely the hottest Eagle heavy cruiser, by several magnitudes.

Makes you wonder what she is going to do with the 12 % 200 affinity boost. With those busted stats going beyond comprehension, she has the firepower to possibly outgun battleships. All of her guns contribute to the barrage counter, all of them pierce and ignore shields. Just imagine this gun focused ship with Bismarck 1, Bismarck 2 and Emden buffs... As if that was not already broken enough, she can also benefit from the 38 Goldburn reload. I assume she is going to 1.5 to 2 X the damage of current top tier Vanguard DPS ships.
@@araarashinigami Correct me if I'm wrong, but double Goldburns won't be that useful (aside from the health boost) since the reload it gives you won't be able to stack with itself, right?
@@neoworldorder331i think it still stack, cause if dont theres will be note like repair box, but reload soft cap at 200 so more than that wont help much :(
since his Q&A I also was kinda thinking about this. Azur Lane really does live off of new characters and just kinda forgets about old ones. would be cool to see some good stuff like this for the classics
@@Lt_Koroyeah that's not gonna happen often, new characters just means more profits and more skins to sell. On the other hand, old character retrofit just cause more workload on devs which in return gets no profit since everyone already had them

Brest is S tier for mob carry imo. She's not overkill. Musashi uni persi still needs Brest in my fleet, as in playing 14-4 with Kronshtdat or anyone instead of brest will result in a loss. No one replaces her. But thank you so much for making the Drake jokes, I love Drake and but she is so bad for her rarity
I manual 14-4 and just go with a J vanguard fleet if I'm lazy, but I level every single one of my hundreds of ships in 14-4, even commons. You don't need Brest. You don't even need a dedicated healer. Building a mob fleet specifically for subs or specifically for BBs will make your fleet comp much easier.
The F tier is trolling. I would take the bait, but ze germans can't into emotions! Roon Eternal! But seriously for any new players who may take this seriously: Both of that 3 is good for a tank role at the upper part of B tier, or even A/B tier. Especially that they don't need much grinding anymore in the case of Roon. This is the important part. Is Anchorage for example better? Yeah, but much harder to get without whaling. This also applies to other "used to be good" pr ships like Monarch. The tiers where you can upgrade with coins may not be the top 95%, but some of them are great deals cheap and fast gameplay wise. I still use Roon between Aegir and Khorne-stadt if I need something tanked. With a full KMS fleet, any of the three Fs would be a great off tank third to Aegir and Hindenburg. I am curious if Roon Muse counts as KMS for the Biscuit 2 buff.
Keeping in mind i purchase few skins and own the agir skin i am waiting for a hindenburg live2d. I also hope YD does one for kearsarge since he's the one who made rebensburg and ohhh boy i don't need to say anything about either the base skin or the l2d. Spicy.

Overrate on Northampton based on you saying she has good damage. I used her a bunch doing an eagle union one shot on medium harbiter. Her dps is legitimately about 1/3rd of the current dps meta, and her bulk is severely lacking for the slot she wants to take. Drake's placement is about right though. I'd also bump kronshtadt up to S for her dps, bulk, and ability to flex into heavy armor with the cheese wedge.

In game they're just called AP and normal, but if you open the details they have different modifiers. The wiki makes up the names like normal and normalDR to draw attention to the different mods
@JimmyAL so is the actual modifier for Hiden's gun higher or the same with another AP for heavy cruiser? I doubt anyone has obtained it yet, so I am curious about wiki credibility
Bremerton is the most overrated ship in the game as far as looks go D tier And I'm offended at the F tier even with context. PH is easy S tier even with default skin
I'm confused with the F rank, Henrich and Adalbert aren't quite good CAs? They have almost as much health and stuff as a Largue cruiser and have the ability to use the 283mm CB gun. Someone explain to me if it's a channel meme or something like that?
