Interesting. Though the results are predetermined. I wish I could see a comparison of using double black shell vs black and white one. For most scenario it either be black shell + table/hfcr or if landing an extra shot is not possible then black and white shell.
the +13 checkbox seems to be messing with the results, either through sorting incorrectly (I had results where the "best" was 57%, 2nd best 62%, and 3rd was 61%) or by removing crit factoring (for bis2 with forced hpfcr, checking the +13 box switches the recommendation from white shell being better by nearly 10% to black shell being better) edit: the problem goes away if i set my fleet to 0 or to max, so maybe the problem is related to fleet tech in between
4:19 It seems that this calculator doesn't correctly calculate the levels (or I do not understand something). I tried to calculate Hit Rate using this calculator. Entering -1 (which, as you noted, means 1 level higher enemy) gives better accuracy than entering 1, which is illogical.

For auxes you'll definitely want a white shell for the crit damage, then radar and black shell only if you don't want the faster first salvo. Then the AA and aug choices don't affect crit much, so putting 0% or 100% crit rate in the crit section should still give you the best options for those If you want the crit rate then it would be 1/3 + 2/3 * (crit rate from stats) + (crit rate)
