Yes, I’m one of those that waiting for the twice baked potato video. It just sounds so wonderful, especially if you can pre-prepare it and freeze it ahead of time. I just ordered some potatoes with my last Azure haul, but they came all weird, and I had to throw them out. I haven’t had much luck with potatoes in the last couple years. I don’t know what’s going on. I called Azure and they took care of it. They are so amazing. OK hope you’re having a nice spring and early summer and we’ll see you next time you post.

@@homesteadbythehighway8548 Watched most of it yesterday. Will finish up today. Thanks. I’ve been most interested to learn if something special needs to happen before freezing - to prevent blackening - glad to see it’s easier than I thought. Thanks.

Thank you for watching. Are you looking to stay in California? We want to visit but we will live in Michigan for a long time. We get 4 beautiful seasons each year and it is such a nice balance for life. (winter could be a few weeks shorter if I had a choice but I am happy to have the other three seasons to balance it out.)
