Unfortunately no As far as Im aware, currently PowerApps doesnt directly support doing CRUD actions on Synapse source using the available Azure SQL Connector. But in Power Automate this can be done. So workaround might be to call a Power Automate flow within your Apps to do this currently.

Using SQL Server connector its possible Just pass the correct end point depending on whether you want to connect to serverless or dedicated

Sorry can you elaborate on what you mean by run status? is it captured inside user table you created in Synapse?

What error are you getting? Did you create the storage account beforehand?
