Elia has really come into her own within the jazz idiom, she expresses herself more comfortably within the music. Scott is without peer with ballads - still! A wonderful performance.

Desde que vi por primera vez tocar ese violín de Elia, me a gustado oírla como lo toca con tanta finura y delicadeza. Gracias a ese gran músico Joan Chamorro por tener una visión tan grande en tener tocando con el a grandes músicos jóvenes de calibre. Les deseo siempre lo mejor y que sigan tocando juntos siempre en harmonía.

Une de mes favorites versions de Besame, avec celle de Scott (live in Barcelona), celle de Paul Desmond & Brubeck in Mexico en 1967 (un excellent album). Le son et le phrasé de Scott ne cessent d’évoluer et de tendre vers l’essentiel: quel bonheur! Sans oublier bien sûr tout ce vivier apparemment inépuisable de jeunes talents tous plus incroyables les uns que les autres.merci!
