The Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society submitted a layout plan to Capital Development Authority in 2006, and received No-Objection Certification on 30 January 2008 Phase 1 of construction initially consisted of Blocks A, B and C with 4670 residential plots. Phase 2 of construction consisted of Blocks C1, D, E and F. In 2018, Developments began on Block G.
