This is really interesting as a historic document. It was long after the internet bubble of 2000 had burst but companies still didn't know how to use the internet to make money and have happy customers. "Thank you for downloading the BS report podcast."
Lol its crazy how different people perspectives can be because from my angle north face has always been cool, and i cant relate to the take on LA with the transplants either, i grew up relatively close to there and theyve always been prideful and really care, but i guess thats why locals always hate out of towners. Just move to your city and openly not give af about it lol.
