Well 57 has much more impact. I saw both 57 and 46 whot from the same rifle which resembles to a baby AR and they both had the same barrel length and 57 did at least twice as big hole both on entrance and exit holes. That is devastating. It eas just a brick of raw clay
Certain cameras are good at filtering that out; but it does have a bit less blast and concussion when the round exits the bore. You still can have sonic crack depending on if you’re running subsonic or supersonic ammo.
The sharp crack you hear when he pops the dirt is the sonic boom. It would sound like a bassier thump or a metallic smack of metal on metal if you weren't hearing the sonic boom.
