Had my doorbell and ding a ling chime about 2 years I have it running off my existing doorbell and it still works like a dream , I also bought the batteries and I have never used them, best investment I ever bought 👍🏾😀

I just bought two of these, one for my house and the other for my Girlfriends house. They didn't come with any batteries or the usb chips. Since I saw your video of how to use the cloud instead of the usb chip that helps. Also learning how easy you made this video it makes me feel like I didn't get ripped off. Thank you for your video.

That’s why I do the videos and help people! So they can buy counterfeits and knock-offs on Ali and other places and then ask me to help them with all their problems! We stand behind ours and replace immediately and we pay the shipping both ways, but other places, you get a good education on trying to get it to work right and then in the end, you just donated your money!

I just purchased this and I have had the device charging with the batteries in it for hours. When the device is plugged into the usb cable it works like a charm but as soon as I remove it there is no power . Does this mean it’s a battery issue ? The batteries are also new .
I have a couple questions about the device. First, how does it handle weather (read rain) secondly, is there a way to use your existing analog chime when you hardwire to it?
There is no way I know of to use existing chime, but you can use existing wires to hard wore and then you don’t need batteries. Mine is in the weather for over a year now.
Hi, So I’ve sent up my doorbell and it can see it working on the app and my door bell chimes when someone presses the button but I don’t get all call notifications on my phone to answer or to say someone’s rang? I’ve looked at push mode setting and it’s only got silent or notifications which I’ve selected notifications but when watching videos or other peoples they have an options called call in? How do I fix this problem please

Very, very good video. Every other one who made a video on this missed key points that you covered well. Question:unit is hard wired to existing doorbell but does not activate my old/existing chimes. Help!
I found a fix. Get an old landline phone and splice the cat 5 cable or plug it in to the receiver line and toss the headset. It works. It rings the phone.
Question about the B30... Can I have the batteries on in it and also have the power to it? Also, will the batteries charge while the power from existing doorbell is hooked to it? Just wondering because of updating says it has to be at 50% Battery and it is hooked to the power.
Is anyone aware of a monitoring software for PC that will access the stream of this unit? In other words, I want to use my PC to record the video, set up trigger zones, etc.
Hi Eric, thanks for watching the video! Please hit the subscribe button! Turn on the PIR setting to one of the 3 settings. Also make sure you have the correct SD card in it too, or set it to record to the cloud.
So did mine. Ended up selling it on craigs list. I don't think this is a very good product. I went through the entire checklist. WiFi was 2.4G, Everything the App asked for I checked off (which in of itself is a bit scary), I sat within 3 feet of my router. I've connected many devices to my home network and this just didn't work. I have Arlo cameras, Google Home, Alexa, game consoles and other devices and ALL of them set up without a hiccup. This device however, is not worth the headache. I tried 5 times and the last 3 times I disconnected my router and reset it. Every time the setup failed.
I would bet you bought a knock-off or a counterfeit.......... had you bought from us we would have immediately replaced it and paid shipping both ways. We stand behind the originals we sell. You can buy them a little cheaper, but, they are counterfeit or knocks offs....
I have tried resetting serveral times and the blue light comes on for a second and disappears, can anyone advise me what to do?, it just will not pair up for some reason. It was working fine until I changed the router password the other day and now it is not working for some reason? The batteries are fine the password has been updated and the device is in close proximity to the router and my cell/mobile phone. Can anyone help me please?

Hi Diane! First off, it would be awesome if you supported our channel by likening and subscribing! Did you by your doorbell from us? No problem... did it ever record for you, if you did have it set up correctly and it was recording, your cloud account is probably at max and you will need to go delete some, or configure your cloud account to have more space!

That is what loop means, every time it detects motion, it will record to the specified length you set. Depending on the capacity of the sad card, when it’s full, it starts recording over the oldest video.
It should do this on its own..... mine works great! All I can say is maybe you purchased a cheaper one, why was it cheaper? K ok off, counterfeit, didn’t pass QC of the originals, I don’t know, why you can’t get it to work right. Very rare anything ever goes wrong with the authentic aAnytek one I sell and support, but anytime there is an issue we can’t resolve, I just replace it immediately.
