You must have a boost leak somewhere.... stock I get 12-13 psi, heck I've even seen 14 a few times. Even with a stage 1 you should be low 20s for boost. If you have a larger intercooler that would drop it by maybe 1-3psi depending on the size but definitely not down to what its shown here. I would maybe reach out to IE and send them a log and they may be able to tell ya what's going on in if its a issue with the tune or if its a leak. Best of luck man!
Thanks. I noticed there’s a difference in the boost depending on the gear I’m in first and second I get 14-16 psi but if I go higher in gears doing a pull it goes up to 18 sometimes 19 psi
Also noticed the power seemed to have dropped since I first did the tune but I’ve had the battery disconnected a few times and it seems like some of the tune features disappeared so I’ll pry try to reflash it at some point as well
I just got the IE tune stage 1 on my car as well. It's funny you mentioned about the power steering as mine makes a slight whining sound now after the tune. Also I've been peaking around 18-20 psi.
B8's are heaven. Don't look too old - don't look too new. Get yourself one, you won't regret! I guess you guys only have petrol's in the US but if you get your hands on a 3L diesel you'll not regret either. 450hp and near 900nm torque on those beasts.

I’m also on IE stage 2 and I use the car scanner app connected via OBD2 which has a profile specific to the 2.0 CAEB engine and can read things straight from the ECM. In my app the measurements are in hPa but converted to psi and the vacuum factored in I’m getting about 22-24 peak psi
Tap into something that is NOT on without the ignition on. For example dash cams need to be connected to an 'always on' fuse for recording while parked. Don't connect your boost gauge to that. Connect to something that is on while ignition is on.
