This was my exact case , my baby was not tolerating the induction process. So the insert was removed after about 2 hours. Then I started contracting and was in labour for over 24 hours. They still did emergency CS because my babies heartbeat was not fine. Thank God we both made it.

I’ve heard similar stories from most African women regarding this induction process, most of us end up with emergency cs, it’s something the nhs should look into honestly, reasons I’m not making the same mistake again except the baby decides to come without induction. I’d rather opt for cs than to be induced.

Anyone is fine by me but from my experience (first time mum). I would rather have a CS if baby will not come without induction. This is because despite being induced , I still had to do emergency CS after more than 24hours labour (I even got to 9cm) but my babies heart beat did not like the whole process. I wish I did CS but there was no indication for it till delivery day.

Non is abnormal! I can say we CS moms re d real mvps self. Those one shouting Ehn dey had episiotomy so, them self no sabi wetin dem dey talk😂😂😂😂. I couldnt bath normal for 3months, Infact at a point I stopped bathing after d woman that had cs b4 me told me she was Re stitched cos it was infected that she saw pepper. The doctor pressed d pulse out of d stitch and stitched over again. My mind changed towards pouring water over my body. I will use a big towel round my stitch and still use disposable nylon nd tie round my waist. I couldn’t do anything strong for 6months Infact till date, my boy is 2yrs already but I still feel pain as a result of the epidural. I feel severe bk pain day everyday of my life since 2yrs ago. The healing process of cs is mad, who remembered that Demonic cough from hell 😂😂😂😂😂. I held my stitch nd was coughing for like 5mins, my mum was just shouting Taiwo please small small don’t let dis stitch to loose, Haaa nd I couldn’t take water😭😭😭. My mum couldn’t take it nd gave me water ooo. That cough just be like devil sent, I didn’t eat for 2days na dia my weight loss journey begin. Infact ppl wia just admiring my shape cos I went back in shape in one week, my tummy was even flatter compared to b4 I fell preggy self. CS all d way for my second child but my hubby no gree cos e couldn’t bear it during my first. I typically saw dis man crying like a baby. We didn’t even see b4 d whole process begun cos he drove home to bring my hospital bag.
