OMG I've yet to meet another person who crochets like I do!!! Sorry I know you asked not to comment about it but I just wanted to say thanks. I'm left handed and was taught by a righty, my gauging has never been good but I find what I make to be rewarding nonetheless and it's just nice to see that I'm not the only one to crochet like that. You are fine! Around the time I filmed this video I was getting a lot of hate for my crochet. So random 😂. Personally, I think it is interesting to see how people can do things so many different ways and still get similar results.

This is how I close my tubes too. I love how nice the addi is for people with movement problems. The way you crochet is perfectly normal to me. What size crochet hook did you use by the way?
This video is of great help. This is now July 2022. I needed to know this join instead of the drop stitch join. I will be using 2 yarns together. Both are #4 however one is Caron One Pound, and the other is Lion Brand Ferris Wheel. I am eager to see how that turns out.

Hi i have the 22 needle ADDI EXPRESS but i have a problem as i was cleaning the machine i lost the screws for the upper part of the machine i put in some screws but it doesn't work can i buy these screws the screws go on the top of the machine where the row counter is can you please tell me where to buy them thank you i just love your video please help me i want to do a blanket for my great grandson
Can you do a single dropped stitch on affect you want to attach to have a tighter braid? Or do you just add 3-4 strands held together make your braid tighter? I want to make a large throw for my husband like I made for my fathers in law, but I want to use my Addi . Do you have suggestions for yarn, I live in Alaska, I only Joanns or Michaels or Walmart to choose my yarn from. Thank you Cathy
Hello Cathy! My favorite yarn from Joanns is BigTwist. With a blanket being two layers thick, it will be a bit warmer. BigTwist is not very expensive, especially if you hit a sale. There is a video on my channel called "Shelby Braid tutorial". If you want a super tight braid, you could follow that tutorial and only drop one stitch.
Wow! I am not this brave yet! With my luck I’d end up with a mess of dropped and tucked stitches with whatever else on row 172. 😂😂 I wonder if you could do something like a mattress stitch to join for something less obvious of a join. Very pretty blanket.
