In this special throwback episode, the plaintiff brings two lawsuits. The plaintiff claims the defendant, his ex-girlfriend, got pregnant but then told him she had a miscarriage. He’s petitioning the court for a paternity test. He also said he loaned her money, but he hasn’t been paid back, so he’s suing. The defendant admits she told him she had a miscarriage because she didn’t want the plaintiff in her child’s life. The defendant is countersuing for assault.
In the second case, the plaintiff says the defendant called him over for help because her new boyfriend was hurting her. When the plaintiff went over to the defendant’s house, the defendant’s boyfriend stabbed him. He’s suing for medical bills. The boyfriend argues he stabbed the plaintiff in self-defense because he thought the plaintiff was going for a gun. He’s countersuing for legal fees and bail money.
