so i got a replacement blade and when i go to screw in the blade to the trimmers the screws lay flat in the screw holes so pretty much i try and tighten them but they just keep turning and wont tighten have you ran into this problem before? im curious whats causing this
If u know how to solder then yeah but if u don’t then no you won’t be able to get it swapped u would have to buy a new one or contact babyliss to see if they could swap it
If it’s loud and oil ain’t doing shit it’s the rotary motor if you can wobble the rotary thing back n forth a little then that’s what maken a loud noise cause that’s what’s currently happening to mine I even put the head on a new trimmer and it ddnt make any noise but idk where to get another rotary motor
Broke my blade didnt use it for a couple months, now replaced the blade and wont turn on. Light blinks when charging but wont turn on. Think the battery or motor done? Can they be replaced? Thnx fam
Hey Louie. Got mine off Amazon and they’ve never worked for some reason. They charge then work straight away then they don’t. So sad. I read in the comments you can change the battery (lithium ion rechargeable battery flat top) but can’t find it anywhere. Can you send a link please man?
Its a rotary motors, the worste ones, yes they are brushless thats good, but rotary part of the engine damages plastic parts, and after short period of time starts to be really loud.
@@barberlouie_2112 watch reviews on this clipper, and you will see what im talking about, wahl has magnetic motors, thats not bad, rotary motors are worste, the best are pivot motors, like oster, babyliss fx880,or magnum, and 50caliber are also pivot.
The wahl magic clipper also cordless seniors also cordless 1919’s all those from wahl have a rotary motor Babyliss FX have a brushless motor The .50 caliber has a magnetic motor Also gamma ergo has a magnetic motors I’ve never seen a cordless clipper with a pivot motor unless u know one cordless clipper with a pivot motor
@@barberlouie_2112 brushless motor is not a type of motor,it means that it doesnt contain brushes, they wear over time, and ruin the electromotor that is inside
La abri y bajo el switch y nada me paso desde ayer las limpie y luego se prendio sola mi patillera se descargo y luego no prendia hice todo el proceso que hiciste y nada no apaga tocara dejar que se descargue de nuevo no se que hacer
I take it apart so when you wanna clean it u will know how to take it apart and put it back the cleaning I just get a degreaser and spray it on the housing parts and one the moto I just dust off all the hair with a brush. All the hair that builds up on your motor ends up slowing down your motor which makes the motor struggle to perform the way it should so if don’t clean it with in time your motor will burn out because it’s forcing itself to perform how it should but the build up of hair doesn’t let it so yeah take your clippers apart
@@desmondmitchell5602 yeah I recommend doing it already I would say do it every two months on a trimmer and ever month on a clipper since it’s not a everyday thing that u do they won’t build hair that fast
Hey I for got to say I don't know if it's just the babyliss clipper I saw chris bossio take a clipper apart and he showed that there's a button in there u can move to change the color of the charging light like two different colors did u notice that when u took it apart
