The Death Penalty was included in our justice system for cases just like this. What he did to that little girl was pure evil... same with her mother's roommate. It's so bad I wish I didn't hear her description early in the prosecutors closing.

The killer has first dibs on the evidence. Obviously, he didn't know anything about DNA. For those not in the know: the only evidence that Zeiler can produce that counters nuclear DNA inside the victim is if the defendant has a TWIN BROTHER.
I’ve never heard of a non extraditable warrants in any state for any reason. They have locked many a people up for driving offenses, minor, and they do extradite you to the other state instead of releasing you.

The woman needs many more hours of practice before she ever gives another closing argument. Luckily the evidence spoke for itself because her delivery was horrible.

Im suprised the prosecutor didnt pick up on this small, but important detail. So his defence tried to plant the seed that she was so drunk maybe she didnt know wot she'd done. Ok then, so this grown woman had 3 beer cans on her night-stand. So what? B.c if she was the "pig" as he called her on the witness stand - who NEVER washed her bed sheets in over 5 months - then it would be possible that she drunk the 3 beers over the 5 months also!!.. 🤔😡😡
