(Thou shall not commit murder, adultery, tell lies, steal, covet what your neighbor has, like her husband!!). No worry sweetheart, your judgement day is coming.

Another case from Florida. Another murderer who got away with murder, I mean this "mistress". This time helped by the State. What a crying shame. What the devil happened to good, ole police detective work? Why did she get immunity? This is nuts! Anyway, I know that she must tell the truth under oath, and must not lie, otherwise no deal, or am I wrong? Because if I'm right, then I believe this woman is a liar, and lied under oath. Don't ask me what she lied about, or how I know, just ask me, how humans behave, especially people who are sneaking around, doing things in secret, in dark places, behind the back of a spouse. They are not scared of anybody, least of all their lover. They have it easier than the wife, and they will enjoy to hear if a man plan to get rid of his wife, for them. She may look meek, and mild now, it comes with age, but believe me 20 years ago, she most probably were quite a fox. She makes me sick, and I hope they can do something to get her to pay for her crimes, because I just know she was not truthful.

I believe she wanted him but he would not divorce his wife Therefore she killed the wife. It makes the most sense plus the evidence adds it all up

I’m not familiar with this case so definitely want to see all the evidence. His demeanor isn’t helping with all the head shakes and he just looks mad.

If Jennifer got any kind of break for telling her part and what she knew,they could tell her death penalty would be taken off,but she 😁 needs to go to prison the rest of her life!!!!

Jennifer's answers were rather plain on at least a couple of occasions such as when asked how often her and Gregory saw each other outside of work... she just said "often" which basically repeated the prosecutor's wording back to her. This was a question that you'd think Jennifer would've anticipated... and even more so the question of why she would propose that she'd go out of her way to assist the defendant in Cheryl's killing... once again though, Jennifer plainly says "that just how our relationship was." However, what also makes that second question more critical is that she should be aware that speaking with conviction is important and this particulsr instance was such an easy time to do so, not to mention a question she should know the answer to if she had ever evaluated her conscience. Moreover, her replies of "ums' were quite in the multiples and and pauses were here and there. That said, if she has as much incentive to lie as the defense mentioned, then there seemingly needs to be something to corroborate her claims or at least something of that is.... And lastly, the process of taking accountability for killing an individual (or many) is something that she perhaps had to have considered when entering the Navy (I've at least heard that EVERY military member could at least potentially be placed in the instance to kill)... which could only help narrow her psychological profile down to being more likely to falsely take the blame for a murder.

If looks could kill she would have been killed in the witness box ! I’m so glad the Jury get to see this Horrid looking Man; complete with contempt, angry expressionism & outward visual gestures of disdain and disbelief 😮😂 He’s abhorrent ! Looking at his reactions I can read that he had control over this woman’s mind and body. He demands and she does. She’s probably so insecure that she has misread his advances and contact as Love😢

Lesson learned! If you're going to commit a crime , do it BY YOURSELF!!!!🤦

Chris Dayton ( Winn Dixie) was a friend of Greg Malarik. How come the prosecutors did not look into that extensively. This person was paid to lie on Greg’s behave. Even this attorney admitted on Dateline that he thought Greg was guilty in so many words. Shame on this guy getting away with murder. It does not take a genius to figure out what was in front of their faces during the trial. Shame on you dirty attorney. This was not a win for the kids that had to grow up without their mother and the sisters that miss her dearly.
