Good review and couldnt agree more with everything for the BAC4000 and the front suspension. I have the same controller from emotbros but I can run 9kw bc I have a parallel pack but honestly unless im on the mx track its too much for trails when pushing over 400phase amps at that power, usually stay at 7kw after trying everything from 5-9kw in 1kw increments. My only issue is i did blow out my rear shock but it was very obvious when it happened. I had the RST forks and same thing added some oil and they were better but since then ive gone to ktm65 forks bc I do alot of fast riding with jumps but for trails the stock stuff does fine

Hi, I have a Sur-ron. Being 6ft3in I raised the seat and lowered the footpegs. Not sure if the ridingexperience changed that much for me. But I am an amateur ( can`t even do wheelies yet). What would a raised bar do for me? Or what does it do for you ( you are obvious a good driver)? BR Jan hansen

With the fork oil do you still feel the need to get better forks? Do you feel comfortable doing lots of jumps? Your jump in this video was impressive and I was surprised you did it with the stock forks. Hello I just installed my bac4000 with an original battery with bypass. Is it normal that the display always shows 100 percent even after driving because the Egg Rider says something else.

I added a watt meter to my new Surron right away and I can tell you it pulls 80 amps so 80 x 60=4800 watts. If your pulling 7000 watts, then at 60 volts (which is really a bit high since at 80 amps the battery sags 5-6 volts), then your pulling about 115 amps..and the Panasonic PF cells are rated for 10 amp continuous, so your at the limit of the cells. Obviously you bypassed the load side of the BMS, because it limits the bike to 80 amps. I have a 150 amp BMS coming which I am going to replace the stock BMS and build a 7 p extender pack with the same BMS and boost my BAC 4000 to 140 amps. By the way, the battery started cutting me out at around 54.5 volts which is too conservative, (3.4 volts per cell) especially if you reduce the power at this point a bit..look at the discharge curve of these cells (which I have made many packs from). The algorithm they are using for this is looks like its based on a discharge curve of .2 C. If you look at the 1C discharge curve, 3.4 volts = about 40% left, so from 3.4 volts to 3.30 volts you still have 25%. Doing a conservative cutoff, extends the life of the pack and prevents any potential damage due to extreme amperage discharge.
