OMG. I had imaging done and have issues everywhere: DDD, bulging disc, bilateral hamstring and gluteal “tendinosis”, mild SI joint arthritis and “irregularities” seen in bilateral labrum. Where the heck do I start? Seems like PT good for one issue is something that should be avoided for another issue. 😕

Everyone has issues on an mri. All they are good for is scaring you. All that stuff is normal aging and doesn't mean its the cause of your pain. There is science to back that up .
