No, Most AMEs will not do a "mock" medical exam, unless maybe you're friends with one personally. Only way to know if you'll pass is to go get an exam done by an AME. Usually costs around $100 - $200 but there's no regulation on how much they can charge so it may be less or may be more. Your best bet is to determine what class of medical you want and then read what the disqualifiers are and judge yourself whether or not you'll pass but remember something may come up during the exam you didn't know or think about. If you have health coverage you could go to your general practitioner to get a physical plus blood work in addition to an optometrist to get your eyes checked under coverage so you wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. This would give you a better idea of your overall health but will NOT qualify as a flight medical so you would still have to see an AME but getting an idea of your health before may give you more peace of mind that you would potentially pass the more in-depth flight medical.
