One study of mild cognitive impairment found 3 years later 1/3 were better, 1/3 were the same and 1/3 were worse . Use all the memory tricks that you learned in school . Lists and notes are our friends . Make sure your papers are in order you get hit by a bus tomorrow. Stay as healthy as possible . There are a lot of studies being done on metformin . I would take it if a doctor suggested it, enjoy the adventure of life. I am a 77 year old woman .
I would like to hear about how taking Metformin is working out for you, if it is helping with whatever symptoms you're having that were concerning... forgetfulness? Anyway, i would really like to see videos in the three to five minute range, going up to seven minutes... Videos that aren't even one minute long are too short for me! That's just my input. Thanks!!
@@dawnturner7010 Ah, ok. I'm borderline so far, but it's on both sides of my family. Hey, at some point i would be interested in hearing about what diet you've chosen for yourself! Sorry for so many questions!
No worries! Happy to share. I have really cut back on my eating over time. Less dairy, less sugar, more fibre, like an apple a day. I've lost some weight and the BG level has gone down considerably. To the point that one doctor suggested I technically am no longer diabetic, though I may have a tendency toward that. Another doctor said I should still go on Metformin and I balked at first but he listed a lot of positive things that it may do, so now I'm considering it!
