Back On Trac Highlights
- Fully automated axial and bilateral distraction
- 21 specific protocols
- No body entrapment system
- 35 second patient setup
- Small footprint (5' x 7')
- Vibration therapy
- Heat therapy
5 Reasons Patients Love the Back On Trac Experience
No scary restraints or belts: Unlike yesterday’s treatment solutions, Back On Trac offers therapy without all those cumbersome restraints and belts that patients hate.
Lasting relief because ALL the important areas are targeted: Therapy is delivered through gentle stretching of the spine, joints, and a wide range of important muscles, including those in the back, neck, hips, and thighs.
It's non-invasive and it works: Any time they can find an effective solution for chronic back pain that doesn’t involve surgery, patients rejoice.
It doesn't just work - it feels great: They start out seated and are gently leaned back with benefits of vibration and heat which put patients in a relaxed state of mind (and body!).

More bang for the buck: Stackable therapies so they can get treated for multiple conditions at once.

I had 20 sessions of IDD decompression therapy. Similar setup to this. Had to go get my own MRI scan and then the back centre was able to input my measurements and the data in my MRI so that the machine knew what settings and which discs to pull. It was very very good. Be warned though that after an initial few blissed out improvements, there will be a backward step that can be upsetting. For me it was about half way through my sessions. I almost quit, especially considering that it was very expensive. But the clinic encouraged me to return and explained what was going on and why. Lots of details, too many to list as its a very personal, individual recovery. I had 2 herniated discs L5 L4 and it cured the L4 100% and I was in a much more comfortable situation. Unfortunately due to my job I ended up in hospital about 3 years later with Cauda Equina syndrome and had an operation to finally fix my back. You really want to try this if you have the cash and want a targeted therapy. Much better than a chiropractor or osteopath, though they have their place.

L5 S1
@lennycook206
@lennycook206 2 года назад
@@sergsrt8 the difference is that decompression therapies pull and release pull and release pull and release causing a vacuum effect to try to encourage the disc to reform. Obviously you know that discs don't carry blood, so they can't be treated as you would a muscle issue and will not repair or reform. An inversion table pulls the entire back evenly and not just one lumbar at a time as a patient with a specific lumbar failure would need just that disc to be decompressed and that's what decompression therapy does. It's like a medieval rack but again it's specific to a patients specific lumbar number that failed.

In my gym we've got a reverse-hyperextension machine. Load weight on it, strap your feet in, and lay down on the platform, and kick your legs back to get the weight up. Crazy good stretch for hamstrings and lower back, and also an excellent rehab exercise for people with back issues.

Don't try something like this as its gonna give u the condition if u don't have it .... The machine are very precise about the weight and force to use and before doing this u also get heating pad in ur back so to further relax the muscles and the pull that these machines give its in milliseconds so fast that ur reflex to pull back won't even work so don't try to do something unorthodox as it may worsen the situation instead of treating it
