Ok, legit question here doc. I am assuming that you are just showing certain ways to stretch or work on muscles because there is no way that 1 10 minute session will do any long term good for anyone. The sub scapular is maneuver you did was literally 4 seconds, how does that type work actually benefit somebody?

Hi, good questions! This treatment involved myofascial release technique to loosen up tight muscles and break up myofascial adhesions. Essentially loosening up the muscle makes the joint move better due to the increase of flexibility. If Jenna is able to stretch on her own time after this treatment, then the effects of the adjustment will remain longer. When you mention the subscapular maneuver, I assume you mean the shoulder adjustment. With the adjustment, mobility increases due to the release of the gas in the joint. The subscapular work that I do in this video is where Jenna is on her back at 11:15 and 14:54

The whole releasing of synovial fluid when popping your joint has been tested by ultra-sounds and shows that there is no 'gasses' being released from your joints... Can you explain where you got your explanation from?
