Yes, Argentina reach international finals at an absolutely freaky rate. They've played 6 out of 8 available finals since 2014 (including the WC final), winning 3, losing 3. The *only* times they got knocked out before the final were at the 2018 WC and the 2019 Copa.

This is astounding. Between 2014 and 2024 they have participated in 6 finals in 10 years, 6 finals in the last 8 tournaments, winning three of them consecutively. And if Higuain could hold his nerves they would have had 2016 in the bag too to put some things into perspective.
