I've read so much about buying property over the years but you are the first person to make it crystal clear that there is a difference between Transfer costs/fees and Transfer duty. I thought they were the same thing and thus they were both waived for properties under 1mil. Tjo. Thank you.

I was very excited with the first apartment I was interested in. I signed the offer to purchase on the same day, didnt take it home but thankfully I didnt go through with it. I'm still taking my time learning about making my first investment while saving this year.

I love your videos so much. Please do a video on assessing any hidden issues with property. I've often herd people buying property and then to find out that the roof needs to be replaced or there are electrical issues. And you mentioned that clause. Do I hire my own inspectors?
