Nicolete pls do a video on setting up a trust. Example buying your property investments in a trust! Even if its possible to put other investments, dividends etc into this trust. The pros and cons of a trust and most important the costs for setting up a trust.

Khuthadzo Thovhakale you will need to have some sort of credit because if you don’t, banks see you as a high risk and will most likely not want to finance you.
I got 10 % with another bank after my own bank was offering 10.5 % while they see all my transactions. Would you suggest a person also shops around for another property insurance offer as opposed to the bundled one with the bank? Awusese muhle ke nawe...we are tyring to focus here :-)
Nah don’t get confused by this. How are you going to negotiate immediately after you have accepted? Can you relook are the interest rate a year after signing most definitely but not immediately
Francois Jantjies oh- I have a video about that. I tried to buy a house signed the OTP didn’t know it was legally binding. Called the banks and they said they wouldn’t give me the loan called estate agent to get out of it and she was like nah let the bond originator apply on your behalf. She did and understated my expenses so one of the banks pushed out an approval. I rejected the banks offer as it was over 30 years and the estate agency basically said they had lost potential income with the house off the market so I settled out of court
