Micha, how much of your biceps and triceps development do you attribute to getting stronger at chin-ups and dips (and compounds in general)? How much would you attribute the same to getting stronger at arm isolation exercises?
Impossible to answer for me as I always did both together, but as I know athletes not Training arms with huge arms, probably most of it is compounds 💪🏻
During psuedo planche pushups, should my scapula stay protracted through the entire motion, or can i retract on the way down? Which is better for calisthenics?

Can I do your 20 week calisthenics program but instead of choosing dips use bench press as the main focus? (The rest priorities the same) Will the progression with weight be the same as dips?

If we match all other functions (adjustable, space to move for the head etc) the v bars put your arm in a more internal rotation bias when starting. Thats it, not much
@@MichaSchulz thanks. my gym had V bar and for whatever reason it feels worse to me than the straight bar one in park near me, even when i match the grip width
